ABOUT THE GROUP
The history of Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group is an enchanting tale that spans over 49 years. This pioneer in Arabian perfumes was founded in the year 1974 by Mr. Hussein Adam Ali, who has a deep passion for perfumery. Over the following years, Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group grew from strength to strength.
The company was enriched by its association with Givaudan SA, one of the world’s largest and most respected manufacturers of exclusive perfume ingredients. Today, we have over 110 retail outlets across the GCC, over 120 products in different categories such as perfumes, incense, home collection and personal care and franchise expansion in Europe, Morocco, Libya, etc. as well as distribution globally.
The group has grown to be a market leader and a master in the art of perfumery. A highly professional management, state-of-the-art production technology and complete quality control procedures along with an extremely efficient team has been our key to achieving such tremendous growth in the past years.

Founder & Chairman
Mr. Hussein Adam Ali is the founder and chairman of the Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group established in 1974. Swiss Arabian Perfumes is one of the leading retail shops and caters to a wide section of customers all over the world.

NABEEL ADAM ALI
Director
Nabeel Adam Ali graduated with a business degree from the University of Texas – Austin. He believes that integrity, honesty, and reliability are the most important values in life. Having joined SAPG in 1993, he gained invaluable experience and expertise in different areas of the organization. He oversees multiple facets of the business, particularly Manufacturing Operations, Perfumery, Marketing and Brand Development.

NADER ADAM ALI
Director
Nader Adam Ali graduated in 1992 with a business degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Ross School of Business. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He overlooks various aspects of the business, including Accounts & Treasury, IT, UAE Retail and Overseas Sales Divisions.

Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group has been chosen as the recipient of GCC GOV HR AWARDS 2018 under the category of “Organization of the year for the Best Happiness Initiative in Private Sector”. GCC GOV HR AWARDS 2018 winners were announced during the award ceremony held at Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, UAE on 24th October 2018. It was a prestigious honor that our Chairman Mr. Hussein Adam Ali received the award on behalf of SAPG.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
At SAPG we are focussed at developing and supporting our frontline retail staff with the perfect mix of skill based and competency based training programs. Various structured need-based learning interventions are developed & delivered to relevant learning audiences.
L&D will develop retail staff on areas such as motivation, customer service, communication, leadership, personality development & time management. Learning at SAPG is aimed at being interactive and productive whilst engaging learners in the classroom environment. Learning interventions at SAPG involve assessment through well-defined tests, activities & a follow-up mechanism to ensure all the necessary support is provided to the learner.
Learning & Development will also work towards aligning employees to their job role and responsibilities across the organization. This initiative will provide employees with the clarity towards their contribution to the business. Providing the bigger picture to employees aims to improve workforce productivity and accountability towards their role in the organisation.
SAPG follows Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiative to emphasis the valiant results of the retail staff to achieve sales targets. The Employee of the Month award on a monthly basis is used to recognise top performers.
